The award winners will be approved and selected by the corporate CEO based on criteria that the corporations themselves design and plan for selecting and recognizing their two successful women leaders. The award aims to highlight and celebrate the exemplary contributions of women leaders within the corporate world, showcasing their achievements and leadership roles. This recognition will serve as inspirational role models for others. Simultaneously, participants’ corporations are welcome to implement their own criteria and strategies for selecting the winners.
