youth here have been fortunate enough to rise and take part
in business, technology, education, leadership, and arts,
making them and the region an inspiration of excellence for
the world.
The economy and development of the Middle East have been
pivotal in promoting global progress, and youth have
contributed significantly to this advancement, placing the
region at the top of global achievements with their
resilience, vision, and dedication towards the future.
In the context, following the remarkable achievements in
regional and global outstanding of youth empowerment, gender
balance strategies achievements, and more, the Middle East
Excellence Awards Institute, in cooperation with its
partners, takes the honor of presenting
the Middle East Generation.Z Excellence Award
at 1pm - 2pm, on May 14th, 2026, in Dubai, UAE in
conjunction with the the
Generation.Z World Congress, taking place
from 14th May 2026, under the theme:
“Empowering Generation.Z”
The Award celebrates outstanding achievements of
Generation.Z and youth leaders across
various sectors. This prestigious award honors
Generation.Z
with exceptional leadership, innovative thinking, and
significant accomplishments, highlighting their excellence
and creativity, and its impact on economic development,
technological advancement, and social progress within the
Middle East.
The Award honors and celebrate their professional success
and dedication to community development, gender equality,
and empowerment and inspires other youth to pursue their
ambitions, fostering a culture of innovation and empowering
emerging leaders to achieve new heights in their careers and
communities.
In this regard, the Institute appreciates the support of the
government and business corporations in advancing
Generation.Z leadership. This support
significantly contributes to the region’s global
competitiveness, fosters leadership, promotes excellence,
and empowers
Generation.Z and young leaders.

accepting nominations for the awards outlined in this
proposal. We formally request your organization to nominate
the Generation.Z and the young leaders in
your organization for these prestigious excellence awards
based on the criteria provided on the institute’s official
website.
By nominating and participating, the
Generation.Z and the young leaders from
your organization will serve as your Corporate Ambassadors
at this event, endorsing your organization support values
and enhancing the objective of establishing a fruitful
leadership relationship with intellectually empowered
Generation.Z.
