The 23rd Middle East Leading Women Leaders Award

Profile and Objective

In coinciding with the Middle East Excellence Award Institute's vision for 2030, which is focused on the development of the Middle East region and the continuous enhancement of global leadership competitiveness among institutions and leaders, the Institute aims to emphasize the latest institutional and leadership practices, achievements, and strategies for sustainable excellence. This effort will be showcased during the 26th International Women Leaders Congress on March 6-8, 2024, in Dubai. The congress will discuss the international strategies for corporate development, leadership governance, competitiveness, and supporting the transformation of women leaders into role models. The event also aims to foster the growth of young women leaders, guiding them towards becoming influential role models themselves.

The Middle East Excellence Awards Institute will be honoring the exceptional achievements in women's leadership by honoring their dedication to knowledge management and innovation, leadership capabilities, institutional successes, excellence, and sustainable leadership achievements while recognizing their significant regional and global competitiveness and contributions to the government and business institutional and regional advancement across various sectors.

In continuation of the Institute's vision of honoring outstanding leadership achievements and fostering a path focused on knowledge enhancement, competitiveness, and sustainable leadership achievements, the Institute aims to provide best practices to elevate women's global leadership competitiveness. The objective of the award is to pay tribute to women leaders from diverse sectors who have played a significant role, becoming a cornerstone in institutions, and contributing to regional and global leadership development.
